The Yews

Lee and Roland have lovingly planted their property with overflowing roses and rhododendrons. This large formal country garden is inspired by traditional English style to complement the grand old 1800s villa, which was shifted back from the roadside to enable the garden to develop around it. Yew hedging gives definition to the expansive flat lawns, an easy walk for visitors with mobility issues. Featured in NZ House & Garden magazine.
