Garden opening hours vary, with most gardens open between 9.00am and 5.00pm. For the specific opening and closing times of each garden, please refer to the printed programme or visit the Gardens pages on this website.

Accessibility varies between festival gardens, and not all are suitable for wheelchairs, pushchairs, or mobility scooters.  Gardens with good accessibility are identified by the accessibility logo in our printed programme and online directory. For specific access information, please contact the garden directly before your visit.

Other than service dogs, animals are not permitted into private gardens.  Some public gardens listed in our programme do allow dogs to enter, but only on a leash.  Please contact the individual gardens in question to check on their policy.

Some festival gardens offer tea and coffee for visitors. Gardens with refreshments available are identified by the teacup logo in our printed programme and online directory.

Yes. Children aged 12 and under receive free entry when accompanied by a paying adult. Please note that some gardens include ponds, lakes or rivers. Where relevant, water hazards will be identified on signage at the garden entrance. Young children must be closely supervised at all times.
