This medium-sized town garden has recently been redeveloped on a flat section with expansive views overlooking Western Park and out to sea. The garden is anchored by several mature magnolias and camellias. Buxus hedging formalises the gardens containing hostas, roses, hydrangeas and ligularia. An espaliered camellia is the centre piece of the plantings in the pool enclosure. The garden incorporates areas where vegetables, berries and citrus are grown.
