Dovehaven

Flowers are the focus of this Waitara garden, where Nicola and Murray grow many old-fashioned blooms. Aquilegias, roses, sweet peas and fuchsias provide colour, along with window boxes frothing with lobelia. Clematis, wisteria and roses smother arches, and Dovehaven’s driveway is edged with a “hedge” of petunias. The summerhouse and shaded courtyard are places to pause. Nicola’s craftworks and plants are for sale. Proceeds to the Taranaki Rescue Helicopter.
