Taranaki Garden Festival and Taranaki Arts Trail Official launch 15 July 2021
This 4 hectare garden bound by the Waiongana River has many varied spaces, a Sunken Garden, Rose Garden, Redwoods, Native River Walk, log walls and a developing produce area to name but a few.
The mostly flat terrain has enabled a large variety of easy walking avenues and vista viewpoints. This garden is well known for the herbaceous peonies that usually flower during the festival.
Scrumptious food from The Public Catering Company will be on sale in the Pavilion, as well as award winning Left Coast Gelato!
This garden was featured in NZ House & Garden magazine. Turn off Mountain Rd SH3A to access Kairau Rd West.
