This 4.5-hectare farm and retreat is teeming with a variety of vegetables and fruit trees. This largely self-sustainable property, named after the ancient pā site on its boundary, utilises crop rotation, seed preservation, companion planting and mulching.
You can see lambs, baby calves, an earth room to store the garden’s generous bounty, and hear about Rosanna’s preserves and pickles. If you’re lucky, she may perform an impromptu acapella. Visitors take care near the cliff. Produce and plants for sale.
